Terms of service

Quotes and scope

Every project is priced as a fixed fee against a written scope. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.

Payments

Projects are billed in milestones, typically 40% to start, 40% at design approval and 20% at launch. Monthly plans are billed in advance. Invoices are due within 7 days. Prices are quoted in USD, GBP, EUR, AUD or INR as agreed.

Ownership

On final payment you own the deliverables, source code and design files. Third-party licences (fonts, plugins, stock assets) remain subject to their own terms. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Revisions and timelines

Each design phase includes two rounds of revisions. Timelines depend on timely feedback and content from you; delays on your side extend the timeline accordingly.

Support

Every project includes 30 days of bug fixes after launch. Ongoing maintenance is available under a monthly plan.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect losses, third-party platform changes or outages beyond our control.
