Privacy policy

Last updated September 2026. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Contact forms and WhatsApp: name, email, phone, company and the details you send us, used to reply and prepare proposals.
Analytics: first-party, cookie-free page analytics (page, referrer, country, device type, a daily rotating anonymous identifier). We do not store IP addresses and do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Client projects: data needed to deliver contracted services, processed under a written agreement.

Legal bases

Consent (when you contact us), contract (when we work together) and legitimate interest (site security and aggregate analytics).

Sharing

We use processors such as Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Google Workspace (email) and Meta (WhatsApp Business API). We never sell personal data.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months; analytics is aggregated after 13 months; client project data per the contract.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction and objection. EU/UK residents may complain to their supervisory authority; California residents have CCPA rights including "do not sell" (we do not sell data); Australian residents may contact the OAIC. International transfers

Data may be processed in India, the EU and the US under standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards.
